As the traditional Chinese Lunar calendar indicates, from 20^th Jan to 3^rd Feb it is Major Cold. In this period, snow, rain and icy cold weather exert a big influence on people’s lives. As the cold current moves southward, the lowest temperatures of the whole year may occur in some coastal areas like our city Ningbo. This year that indeed is true. From 21th Jan to 25th Jan we experienced blizzards,sleet and rainfall. The temperature went down as low as -14 degree centigrade.
