couples  and someone fall in love, there was a beautiful love story about Niu Lang and  Zhi Nv, the festival has been endowed with the meaning of great romance.
Today's Double Seventh Festival

In the Chinese cities, the Western Valentine's Day is  more favored than the Double Seventh Festival by young people. They spend the  latter as the Valentine's Day. Although some traditional customs have been changed  or been lost, the beautiful love story of Niu Lang and Zhi Nv is still passed  down from generation to generation. Like the presents of Valentine's Day,  flowers and chocolates are also the popular ones.
Whatever how is the festival spent, King Marine  Food always wishes you have great love story and happiness forever.

SKIPJACK TUNA PRICES  COME UP SO FAST

On May 8  skipjack prices rested at $1,080 per metric ton in Bangkok – and at the  beginning of August had reached $1,500/t. Several sources have said they would  not be surprised to see $1,700/t reached by fall.
Last week,  beginning Aug. 17, prices in Bangkok and General Santos City were $1,500/t,  said Tiu Laurel. "We have some indication that prices will go up a little  more, since catching in WCPFC remains very bad, especially due to weather. And,  as we all know, the EPO [e
astern Pacific ocean] 50%  stoppage."

Sources have  agreed that $1,500/t is a viable level for all in the industry, but the rush to  get to this level has worried several.
On August 3 Tiu  Laurel described fishing as “really, really bad”, down to a combination of the  ongoing FAD ban and possible the impact of El Nino on tuna school locations  too.
“The prices have  come up too fast. The traders are already saying in August and September that the  prices are going to go up again, also,”
said one  executive with a large Asia-based canner.
“There is some  talk that the next few months will see $1,500/t to $1,700/t. Not surprisingly, brokers are 'talking up' the market to these levels already,” a US based tuna  sector veteran told Undercurrent at the time. “A  lot will depend on fishing, and of course, will the canned tuna buyer follow?”
